The short version

ADHD Check keeps everything on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, collected, or shared. We never see your answers.

What ADHD Check stores, and where

Your questionnaire answers and your most recent result are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share your own summary using the standard iOS share sheet — and then it goes only where you send it.

What ADHD Check does not do

• No analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
• No data transmitted to us or any third party.
• No cloud sync. (Your own iCloud device backup may include the app's data under your Apple account and Apple's terms.)

Deleting your data

Retake the check to replace your stored result, or delete the app — all ADHD Check data on the device is removed with it.

Not medical advice

ADHD Check is a screening aid using the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1). It does not provide a diagnosis. Only a clinical assessment can diagnose ADHD.
